On September 18th and 19th, 2010 an intensive course on Thai language will be hosted by the VHS Paderborn. It is given by our member Suchada Beyer, who in the past few years has held several successful classes. Indeed, from one of these language courses, Friends of Thailand club has emerged.

Now, for the first time an intensive course held on two days will be offered, yet not all the details on the fees and dates are available. On August 30th, 2010 the VHS Paderborn will release their new program, while the participants may apply for the course directly with the VHS or via their website.

Many a German tourist is quite fascinated by the exotic Thai language, so that he is prone to learn more about it. Regardless if you just want to absorb some rudimentary knowledge on Thai language for one holiday trip there, if you are living in a relationship with a Thai partner or want to demystify this language consisting of 44 consonants and 32 vowels: the foundations for a basic understanding of the Thai language will be laid in this course.
